Is there a cost for using the voice conferencing feature?

GoToMeeting includes unlimited toll-based phone and VoIP audio at no extra cost to you. You may decide to use this service or choose another method of bringing audio into your online meetings.

You also have the option of purchasing an Integrated Toll-Free audio service plan from Citrix Online Audio. You can then provide your participants with a toll-free number if you so choose. Our phone conferencing options provide a phone number and meeting ID that can be dialed by all meeting participants. If you choose a toll-based phone number, participants are then charged their standard long-distance rate for calling, just as if they made a regular long-distance call. If you purchase Integrated Toll-Free service, your participants will be able to make a toll-free call, and you will be charged according to the plan that you select.

You and your attendees can also talk free of charge by choosing the "Mic and Speakers" option. Our free VoIP option enables meeting participants to transmit and receive audio over the Internet at no cost to them using a microphone and speakers connected to their computers. (A USB headset is recommended for those speaking.)

How do I change my password?

On a Mac or PC, log in to your account on the full GoToMeeting website and click the Edit button in the Login Info area of the My Account page. Type and re-type your new password, then enter your current password where indicated. Click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page.

How do I continue my GoToMeeting service after the end of my trial period?

To ensure uninterrupted service, you can subscribe to a GoToMeeting Monthly Plan by logging in and going to Subscribe after Trial on the My Account page. Click your desired plan and complete your billing information. Your first charge will then take effect at the end of your trial period.

How do I cancel my free trial?

To cancel online anytime during your free trial, simply log in and click the Cancel After Trial button on the My Account page. Then on the Cancel After Trial page, click the Cancel After Trial button. Your account will then expire when your free trial ends. Otherwise, at the end of your free trial period you may be automatically subscribed at the Monthly Plan price.

How do I cancel my paid subscription plan?

To cancel your paid subscription plan, log in and click the Turn Off Renewal button on the My Account page. Then on the Turn Off Renewal page, click the Turn Off Renewal button. Because your service is pre-paid, it will continue until the end of your current paid subscription period. At that time, your plan will be discontinued and will not renew again.
